I thought you got notified. Somebody told me maybe you didn't. I apologize for
that.
Mr. Scasny asked, your first meeting of the year, what date is that?
Council President Buckholtz does not know what meeting it will be scheduled. You will be
notified. It involves you. Anybody that would be involved, any interested parties will pick it up.
We have a long agenda and it didn't seem like it made sense to any of the parties or the
Appellant. We are not ruling on it. We are not acting on it. We will let you know.
Mr. Scasny asked, what's happening at this meeting in January?
Council President Buckholtz replied, I didn't say January. After the first of the year, we will
discuss it in either a Caucus or a Regular meeting and decide whether we need a hearing or
whatever. If it's still even an issue at that time we will deal with it fresh after the first of the
year. Everybody should just have a good holiday. It seemed like that was the wishes of both
sides. It's not meant to be a hanging Chad so to speak, just there's not enough information and
not enough reason to move quickly with it. Thank you for being here anyway.
