Service - Mr. Metzung had no report or comments. <br />Building - Mr. Marrelli had no report or comments. <br />En ineer - Mr. Cappello had no report or comments. <br />Property Manager - Mr. Chapman had no report or comments. <br />LLe~al - Ms. Calta had no report or comments. <br />Fire -Chief Mohr had no report or comments. <br />Finance - Mr. Brett stated on behalf of his family, he wished to thank all the members of <br />Council, all the other employees, all the other department heads and a lot of the residents in the <br />Village for the overwhelming amount of outpouring with his father's passing. The family was <br />really overwhelmed, it was very much appreciated and he gave heartfelt thanks. <br />Mr. Brett advised that he is presenting the Fiscal Oi~icer's Certificate for the note and he will <br />sign that and pass that around. <br />Police - Chief Dearden stated in case no one noticed, they did have Mr: Musca's striping crew <br />over to delineate those safety zones on the north side of Charter One Bank. He spoke to him two <br />weeks ago, prior to this, he also assured that once the SOM Project is done, he will provide some <br />attention to the split rail fencing that is in disrepair along SOM and also along Sandalwood. <br />Mr. Buckholtz added that there have been some additional complaints about that property but he <br />has already spoken to Mr. Chapman and thinks there is a meeting forthcoming between the <br />Village architecture and Mr. Musca.. Mr. Buckholtz thanked Chie~Dearden and stated it was a <br />big start. <br />Parks & Recreation - Mr. Thomas stated that Musca Lighting, Neroni and URS and Councilman <br />Marrie and himself met last Wednesday to look at the light situation for the new Park and on <br />Wednesday night of this week, he'll be getting a memo out to all the residents out that live along <br />that area, that we will actually now be adjusting the lights and some of the lights were off a little <br />bit. It was observed by Musca Lighting and they said they could make adjustments and make it <br />better for the people that live across the street from that Park Mr. Thomas stated he believes it is <br />a half-a-foot candle across the street at the house and with this adjustment, it may make it even <br />less. <br />
