Also, as Doug <br />indicated, the ramping material will come off. It obviously will have to be maintained <br />throughout the winter. <br />BUILDING -John Marrelli <br />Mr. Marrelli reported that Progressive claim center will be beginning construction this week. <br />We should have some interior signage samples within the next couple of weeks. <br />ENGINEERING -Tom Cappello <br />Nothing to report. <br />PROPERTY MANAGER -Lloyd Chapman <br />Mr. Chapman reported that a meeting is scheduled with the City Architecture and some of our <br />local business constituents to get feedback from them on some of the preliminary planning work. <br />It is important to them to get this feedback prior to the next stage of the process. They take that <br />feedback and move it to another level. That meeting will occur here, Monday, November 28th at <br />6:00 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend. <br />We have on Council agenda for approval this evening the Lease for 390 SOM. The tenant was <br />promised that we will keep rates the same for an additional 12 months. That will be signed this <br />week as well. <br />LEGAL DEPARTMENT -Diane Calta <br />Nothing to report. <br />FIRE -Chief Mohr <br />Chief Mohr reported that in the Voice of the Village there was a flyer looking for citizen <br />involvement of our community towards a citizen emergency response team (CERT team). We <br />have had 6 people approach us wanting to participate in that group in just one week. We are <br />thrilled with the results. This is something we will work on in 2006 as a response team of <br />Mayfield Village residents for Mayfield Village. This is being done throughout the County. <br />Tomorrow is another meeting of the Hillcrest area fire departments regarding a disaster plan and <br />upgrading our common disaster response for all of the Hillcrest area. <br />FINANCE -Phillip Brett <br />Mr. Brett reported that on the agenda this evening is a revised appropriation ordinance taking <br />into account some of the changes we have had recently in planned expenditures. <br />
