We will set up meeting. <br />Second Readin2 of Ordinance No. 2005-01, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor to enter into a license agreement with the Mayfield Board of Education as and <br />for the right to construct, maintain, patrol and use certain property for an all purpose non-vehicular <br />public hiking and biking trail and related purposes." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as <br />a Whole. (First Reading 1/24/05) <br />Ordinance 2005-01 was given second reading. <br />Second Readinst of Ordinance No. 2005-02, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor to enter into a license agreement with Nacy A. Panzica, Trustee, as and for the <br />right to construct, maintain, patrol and use certain property for an all purpose non-vehicular public <br />hiking and biking trail and related purposes." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole.
