Saponaro NAYS: Mr. Marquardt Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted Third Reading of Orclinance No. 2005-02, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a license agreement with Nacy A. Panzica, Trustee, as and for the right to construct, maintain, patrol and use certain property for an all purpose non-vehicular public hiking and biking trail and related purposes." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 1124/05; Second Reading 2/21/05) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2005-02.
