Special Council Minutes <br />5/9/OS <br />Page 13 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz asked Mrs. Roman to take the roll call. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $3,839.08 to Adelphia for <br />moving the Fiber Optics Head End Site for MV I-Net from Village Hall to Fire <br />Station <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the <br />amount of $3,839.08 to Adelphia for moving the Fiber Optics Head End Site for MV I-Net from <br />Village Hall to the Fire Station. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mrs. Cinco said from this number here it certainly makes sense to do that. <br />Council President Buckholtz said well that is where I was headed but the original agreement at <br />the time placed it there; you can't argue those dollars. , <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for the <br />annual allocation to Mayfield Schools <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount <br />not to exceed $100,000 for the annual allocation to Mayfield Schools. <br />Mrs. Cinco addressed Mr. Brett and asked, what year are we in, Phil? <br />Mr. Brett said either a million or a million one; lOtt' or l lth. We did the first one in 1995 so-we <br />have 15. <br />Council President Buckholtz said for the record, this is the good faith effort that we put forth <br />a$er the original tax abatement we agreed to fund this amount of money annually to the schools <br />in connection with the abatement for Progressive. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized
