DRAFT <br />Council 6/20/05 <br />Page 3 <br />9101 AR?'I??Mr?N <br />Service - Mr. Metzung said all the Village Hall offices have been moved to the Civic Center. <br />Mr. Metzung also advised that Great Lakes Construction is placing the concrete and the roadway <br />is moving along. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said there was a lot of activity on Saturday and Mr. Metzung advised they are <br />working 10 hours a day during the week and 8 hours on Saturday to get the job done. <br />Building - Mr. Marrelli is on his honeymoon and there is no report. <br />En 'gmeer - Mr. Cappello had no report. <br />Law Department - Mr. Hanculak had no report. <br />Fire Department - Lt. Neyman had no report. <br />Police Department - Det. Sgt. Smith had no report. <br />Property Manager - Mr. Chapman had no report. <br />Finance Department - Mr. Brett advised the Tax Budget has been given to all of Council. <br />Parks & Recreation - Mr. Thomas is on vacation. Mr. Marrie advised he has something from <br />Mr. Thomas but will cover it in his Recreation Board report. <br />Activities Committee - Mayor Rinker advised that 50's Night was fantastic; even though it was a <br />little damp, it didn't dampen anyone's spirit. Mayor Rinker is sure that a good time was had by <br />all. He also thanked all the employees and volunteers for their group effort to make it a huge <br />success. Mayor Rinker says he always gets good comments about 50's Night. He also advised <br />that the July 4t1' celebration will be on July 2, 2005 and a reminder that the concert series will <br />begin on 7/2/05. <br />Architectural Review Board - No report and there was no meeting. <br />Board of Appeals - No report. <br />Cemeterv - No report and there was no meeting.
