Regular Council Meeting •
11-19-01
Page 6
move forward. Prior to that happening, URS would like approval from Council to advertise for bids
for the water line replacement on S.O.M. This way, those bids are in hand once the right-of-way
process is completed which hopefully may actually happen this spring. The right-of-way will not
start until O.D.O.T. completes their review. This probably pushes the project out a little further. We
are hoping to see the ground being broken sometime in the second quarter and before they can go out
for bids for the roadway work, the right-of-way acquisition has to be complete in its entirety. The
other item (which we will probably cover in December's meeting), is that the Village owns 91ots. If
we donate the land necessary for pole movement, C.E.I. can relocate the utility poles. They can't do
any other land until the right-of-way acquisition process is complete. Mr. Ilacqua said he would be
happy to answer any questions. The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for February 5 at 8 p.m.
There were no comments.
OLD SUSIIVESS ..
Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2001-20, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending
Section 1157.08 (b) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village relating to fences in side and
rear yards."
