? <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />I' I <br />LJ <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11-19-01 <br />Page 7 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve the Mayor's appointment of Eric <br />Jochum to the Ordinance Review Committee. (He will replace Tom Repicky.) <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there were any comments. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Appointment Confirmed <br />Mayor Rinker administered the oath of office to Eric Jochum as a member of the Ordinance <br />Review Committee. <br />• A motion to transfer $2,500 to the City of Mayfield Heights (which we received from <br />Ashtabula County for the Hazmat truck) <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there were any comments. <br />Chief Mohr explained that this is to transfer the title of the hazardous materials truck. (We <br />received the check so we are forwarding the money to Mayfield Heights.) <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to authorize the transfer of $2,500 to the City <br />of Mayfield Heights. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• A motion to authorize the acceptance of the COPS More Technology Grant <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to authorize the acceptance of the COPS <br />More Technology Grant. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there were any comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Acceptance of Grant Authorized
