Regular Council Meeting <br />4-22-02 <br />Page 2 <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting - March 18, 2002 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Special Council Meeting - March 25, 2002 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Marquardt Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Special Council Meeting - Apri18, 2002 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion <br />to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Marrie Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM 1VIAYOR RINKER <br />Mayor Rinker was not present_ <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BUCKHOLTZ <br />Council President Buckholtz said Council had previously passed a resolution for the Mayfield <br />City School District. Since Mayor Rinker isn't here, Donna asked that I present it. Council <br />President Buckholtz read Resolution 2002-01 of commendation to the Mayfield City School <br />District and then presented it to Mr. Hughes and Mr. Baker. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS <br />Parks & Recreation Deparhnent - Mr. Thomas said the youth and adult soccer programs started; <br />the comments about the soccer field have been outstanding. The field is cut perfectly and he <br />commends Mr. Metzung and the Service Department crew. Registration continues for Junior <br />and Sports Camp. We have 24 spots left. We will have about 150 campers for Sports 'n More <br />camp. We have about 40 spots left in Junior Camp, Teen Adventure Camp is filled in both <br />sessions. We have 14 teams for adult co-ed and 12 teams for our Men's league. Seventy people
