ROLL CALL: AYES: Council President Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marne, Dr. Parker NAYS: Mr. Marquardt Motion Failed Council President Buckholtz said the motion fails. Thank you for bearing with us on all that procedural-it was important to get it done properly. Someone asked Mrs. Mills to return to the meeting. Mrs. Mills returned to the meeting at this time (9:57 p.m.) • Leadership Academy Society Inaugural Conference on Sept. 27 (8 a.m. -1:30 p.m.) "Leadership Tools for Excellence" (Atrium of Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs) Mrs. Roman said she was looking for R.S.V.P.'s. Council President Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco and Mr. Marrie said they will be attending. Council President Buckholtz said Jim Farmer showed me something on a Planning & Zoning Workshop. I'd like to get a copy of that. Mr. Samac said yes; there is a flier that everyone should receive by tomorrow. We copied Planning & Zoning, Board of Appeals, all of Council, 2020. Anyone else you think we should send it to, we'd be happy to. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-32 ,entitled; "An emergency ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses & expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2002 and ending December 31, 2002 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
