Regular Council Meeting <br />10-21-02 <br />Page 24 <br />I <br />Council President Buckholtz asked do I have a motion? <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize an additional expenditure in the <br />amount of $570 to Ohio Turf. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, discussion on it? <br />There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure not to exceed $35,241.02 to CEI for ancillary <br />work to move electric poles in conjunction with the widening of S.O.M. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marne, made a motion to authorize an expenditure not to exceed <br />$35,241.02 to CEI for ancillary work to move electric poles in conjunction with the widening of <br />S.O.M. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any discussion? <br />Dr. Parker asked, and this would replace our existing motion that was approved at the last meeting? <br />Mr. Brett replied that is correct. <br />Council President Buckholtz and Dr. Parker said which was about $31,000: <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any additional discussion on this? <br />There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• NOTE: THIS IS THE MOTION THAT APPEARED ON THE AGENDA: <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $9,718 to Buckeye Power Sales <br />for the purchase of an emergency generator and approximately $5,300 for electrical <br />and piping <br />Dr. Parker asked, Mr. Buckholtz, can I make a recommendation here since this has changed? <br />Council President Buckholtz said yes. <br /> <br />r-, <br />i <br /> <br />
