Center Road to facilitate its widening." This is a resolution of the necessity of the intention to appropriate. This is not a <br />resolution to appropriate. This is a statutory procedure that is a requirement and prerequisite <br />mandated by O.D.O.T., mandated by the Courts, in order for us to ever file a-to petition the <br />Courts for appropriation in the event that we cannot reach satisfactory negotiations or final <br />negations on property acquisitions for the road. It is by no means the-let's say it's a <br />mechanism, it's a step in the direction, it is by no means an effort by this body or this Village to <br />acquire property in any other way than as it states in here and I would like to read from a letter <br />from our Law Department. It has always been the Village's goal to acquire as many properties <br />
