PRD Meeting 11-25-02 Page 5 tend to soften it quite a bit. Mr. Marrie said but you know that one as well as the one on Shaker, one of them on Shaker, was extremely tight--when you drove down the street you felt you were like right in their door.... Mr. Samac pointed to one and said this one here--#7- Mr. Marrie said and the one on Shaker.... Mr. Samac said #7; it's right on the screen here now. Mr. Marrie said there you go; that's the one. Mr. Samac said that sort of gave you that feeling for sure. Mr. Marrie said I mean, you talk about the parking on-there's one-but if you notice that truck-which isn't that big a truck, is already part way in the street or certainly on the curb. Mr. Samac said he's real close; absolutely. Council President Buckholtz said try to imagine a fire truck coming down there... or in there, Bernie.... Mr. Samac said the good thing with a fire truck is you don't bring it too close to a burning building because you don't want to use the truck...but that's a whole different issue.... We do have plenty of regulations in here and do make sure on every project that there is more than adequate room for turning and accessing with our largest vehicle and probably something that maybe down the road a little, a little larger in the future. 8. Slide #8 was shown. Mr. Samac said our next slide is in a development that is down in Cleveland; it runs pretty much between East 79"' and East 84`'' Street between Chester and Euclid Avenue. They started this thing a few years ago. Pretty large development; I didn't go through the development itself but there's an assemblage of like four 6-unit buildings, there are some single-families in there, there's some duplexes. 9. Slide #9 was shown. As slide 8 was changed to slide 9, Mr. Samac said I think the next slide gives you a little better view of the structure that's going up there right in the center, I believe that's a single unit; the one to the left of it is, the far left, I believe, is a duplex along with the far right. 10. Slide #10 was shown. As slide 9 was changed to slide 10, Mr. Samac said I believe in our next photograph it shows the units that parallel Carnegie or Chester, (we have Chester here, I believe it's Carnegie)....
