Regular Council Meeting 12-16-02 Page 9 and so Bill has already written them athank-you note and I think most of you got copies of it but it was a very generous donation. Last but not least, there will be a couple of ski trips (which there was the last 3 years, this will be the 4`h); there will be one on January 20`h which is the Martin Luther King holiday and another one on Saturday, February 8`". If there's anybody that has any questions on it, the Recreation Department will give you all the literature. There is literature available if somebody wants it. Sewer Liaison Committee -Council President Buckholtz said I have no report. SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: S.O.M. Center Road Widening -Mrs. Mills said the last meeting was November 26 and in the audience tonight we have Mr. Neugebauer. Do you want to address anything to him right now as far as the committee? Council President Buckholtz said I think we will ask when we get to that legislation, I thought we'll have a discussion period. Mrs. Mills said the next thing I have to do is change the meeting we had scheduled but the VFW ~is in there-so my question is could we have it the 7`h or the 21S`-which is best for you Mr. Neugebauer. Mr. Neugebauer replied either one will work fine. Mrs. Mills asked, Doug? Mr. Metzung replied, at your beck and call. Mrs. Mills asked do you want to do it on the 7`h or do you want to wait until the 215`? Council President Buckholtz asked, does the 215` sound good? Mrs. Mills said maybe we should have it on the 7`h so we could have a better update on what is happening as far as the legislation is going to break down. Mrs. Mills said Donna, can you tell Lee that tomorrow that we would use the 7`h because she was holding those 2 dates forme? Other than that, all the reports and that have been coming forth from URS so we're pretty much up to date on theseright-of--way acquisitions and that and I sure when we get to the legislation this evening that will be self explanatory. Dr. Parker asked, do you want any kind of Wage Ordinance Committee update at all? Council President Buckholtz said that's not on here, but yes. Donna, let's add that to the Special Committee Reports: Wage Ordinance Committee. Wage Ordinance Committee - Dr. Parker said the committee met on Wednesday, December 11th with Phil and we discussed various aspects of the committee's obligation. We set some meetings-January 15`h-I have spoken with the representative from the FOP, Lt. Dearden, and he requested a meeting with the FOP on that day and he's going to get back to us and make sure if that's okay for them to present to us their position and their request. We have also set up, and I have spoken with Donna regarding allowing representatives from the various departments to come to the committee and that's going to be on January 22"d from 9 `til 12 and we're going to have sign-ups for them to present their requests. (Council President Buckholtz asked January what, I'm sorry?) Dr. Parker said January 22"d-so the 22°d will be for the Village representatives from the various departments and the 15`h will be for the committee to meet with
