Council President Buckholtz said I understand that but for our own understanding and tracking the project that would be a great way to kick it off--- Mrs. Cinco said we just do not want to box ourselves into anything. Council President Buckholtz said I think as Mr. Marquardt said, it can only help us when we go for these grants and monies to show what we've already put into the infrastructure--- Mrs. Cinco said it was 200 of these are going in on one day, right Doug? Mr. Metzung said yes; 210 I believe are going into the one--- Council President Buckholtz said and what do we need to do now in the public meeting? We have to have the public meeting before Caucus? Do we need to set that up, Donna? Do we actually have to--- Mr. Metzung said you have to have a Public Hearing just as you would for like budget hearings, things of that nature--- Council President Buckholtz said so we have to convene the Infrastructure Committee for that? Mrs. Cinco said no, no; just Council-and then a public hearing before Council. Council President Buckholtz said well then we can conceivably make the meeting for-the special meeting for next week-that you're calling for the Issue 2--- Mayor Rinker said then or the Caucus in March... Mrs. Cinco said well I think---- Council President Buckholtz said what Caucus did you want to vote--- Mr. Metzung said March 3rd. You need to make that a special meeting. Council President Buckholtz said March 3`d, so we would have to have the public meeting next week. Mr. Riter said they are saying have the public meeting the same night.
