Regular Council Meeting <br />3-17-03 <br />Page 7 <br />Stormwater Management/Drainage & Infrastructure - Mrs. Cinco said we did not have a meeting <br />at the beginning of March. At this time I would like to ask our committee, Doug, do we have a <br />need for a meeting in April? Do we have something in mind to evaluate or do you need more <br />time to collect projects? <br />Mr. Metzung said at this time the Phase 2 has been submitted and we will wait to find out what <br />comments come back from that. The only other item is the Beechers Brook between Wilson <br />Mills Road and 271 and we will handle that through a larger committee. <br />• Mrs. Cinco said so with nothing on the agenda, the Stormwater <br />Management/Drainage & Infrastructure will not meet the month of April. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />S.O.M. Center Road Wideniniz Working Committee- Mrs. Mills said I think that has been <br />covered by the Mayor and by Doug. There is nothing further on that. <br />Wa eNegotiations Committee - Dr. Parker said nothing to report right now. <br />2020 Vision Committee - Mrs. Mills said we are meeting Wednesday at 7 p.m. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-02, entitled; "An ordinance creating a new zoning <br />classification for Planned Residential Development Districts which shall be known as Chapter <br />1159 of the Village's Codified Ordinances. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. (First Reading 1/27/03.) <br />Note: Council President Buckholtz said a public Hearing will be held Apri121, 2003 at <br />8 p.m. just prior to the regular Council Meeting of April. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Ralph said we just thought you might be interested-we just got an update on President <br />Bush's talk. He has given Saddam and his faxnily 48 hours to leave the country and has put the <br />U.S. on the next level of alert.
