Regular Council Meeting 3-17-03 Page 7 Stormwater Management/Drainage & Infrastructure - Mrs. Cinco said we did not have a meeting at the beginning of March. At this time I would like to ask our committee, Doug, do we have a need for a meeting in April? Do we have something in mind to evaluate or do you need more time to collect projects? Mr. Metzung said at this time the Phase 2 has been submitted and we will wait to find out what comments come back from that. The only other item is the Beechers Brook between Wilson Mills Road and 271 and we will handle that through a larger committee. • Mrs. Cinco said so with nothing on the agenda, the Stormwater Management/Drainage & Infrastructure will not meet the month of April. SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: S.O.M. Center Road Wideniniz Working Committee- Mrs. Mills said I think that has been covered by the Mayor and by Doug. There is nothing further on that. Wa eNegotiations Committee - Dr. Parker said nothing to report right now. 2020 Vision Committee - Mrs. Mills said we are meeting Wednesday at 7 p.m. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-02, entitled; "An ordinance creating a new zoning classification for Planned Residential Development Districts which shall be known as Chapter 1159 of the Village's Codified Ordinances. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 1/27/03.) Note: Council President Buckholtz said a public Hearing will be held Apri121, 2003 at 8 p.m. just prior to the regular Council Meeting of April. OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair.
