This transitional use is appropriate along major arterial and collector streets <br />and not designed far local tesidenrial streets. <br />(c) Promote the efficient use of land to faalitate a more economical amngement of buildings, <br />circulation systems, and utilities. <br />(c? Pxesetve to the greatest extent possible existing landscape features, open space areas, and <br />amenities and to urilize such features in a haxmonious fashion. <br />(e) Ensure the developments, are compatible with surrounding areas by req"'ri ng the <br />subxnission of development plans and establishing a xeview process to ensuxe <br />that all developments are consistent with these regulations. <br />The la,yout of parking areas, service areas, entrances, exits, signs, lighring, noise sources, or <br />other potentiat advecse influences are designed and located to protect the residenrial <br />character of areas adjacent to the development <br />(g) Meet the ctia,nging housing needs of the population of Mapfield Village. <br />(h) Maintain and protect the existing residential charactex of Mayfield Village. <br />i
