Council President Saponaro asked, any other discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted • First Reading of Resolution No. 2017-15q entitled, "A Resolution authorizing the Village Engineer to prepare plans, bids, specifications, profiles, and an estimated cost for the proposed sewer conversion project on Thornapple Road and Robley Lane." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Law Deparhnent) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2017-15. Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? Mr. Wynne stated, the first step in the process to get ready for the Sewer Conversion Project is for Council to authorize the Engineer to put the plans together. That is what this legislation is doing. Once that is done, he will file it with the Clerk of Council and then we have a set procedure of steps we need to follow in notifying residents and sending assessment letters in order to get the project going. Council President Saponaro stated, very good. Any other comments? Mr. Marrie asked, Tom, any idea when the actual work will start on this? Mr. Cappello replied, the plan is hopefully to start the end of April, beginning of May. Mr. Jerome asked, do you think we can get it done in a year? Mr. Cappello replied, that is the plan. Mr. Jerome stated, everyone will be appreciative if we can do it. I think in the past we have had to wait because of the grants to start until a certain point. We had to wait until we got it. In this case it is different. Mr. Cappello replied, right. If we have Issue I money, you can't award the project until July ls`
