Such <br />requests shall outline problems and needed improvements, abili to partnerships -with the <br />Village, or other neighbors to fund the project, and the urgency of the requested corrective <br />measuresf •• ^off°^*i^r. The Drainage and Infrastructure Committee shall review all <br />I requests in the order received. <br />The Drainage and Infrastructure Committee shall limit any o wall approved projects to <br />$10,000. Projects that serve multiple improvements may exceed $10,000 if specifically <br />approved by Council. <br />Upon the Drainage and Infrastructure Committee's approval of a project, the resident <br />or residents shall have sixty (60) days in which to pay to the Village 10%0 of the total <br />project cost and execute any required documentation. If such amount is not paid and such <br />documentation is not executed within that 60-day period, the Drainage and Infiastructure <br />Committee's approval shall be withdrawn. <br />Approved parhierships with a resident or residents for improvement costs shall be in <br />writing in a form approved by the Director of Law. <br />(Ord. 2000-12. Passed 7-17-00.) <br />955.6 PERFORIVIANCE. <br />All work, as approved by the Drainage and Infrastructure Committee, shall be <br />performed by the Service Department or others specifically approved by the Drainage and <br />Infrastructure Committee under the direction of the Service Department. <br />(Ord. 2000-12.
