Af its sole <br />discretton, County has the unequivocal right to review and audit Organization`s continuing <br />certiffcations, representaaons, and warranties: During the performance of th(s Agreement, the Organization agrees to. itself, Its asslgnees; <br />sub cansultants, and successors in interest to comply with atl applicable laws, resoludons, <br />regulations andlor policles of the County, including but not limited to equal employment <br />and SgElMBEMfBEs requirements, which are herein incorporated by reference and <br />made a part of this Agreemenf, Faifure to comply with any of the aforementioned laws, <br />resolutions, negulations andlor palicies may resuft in the termination of this Agreement.
