Unfortunately <br />that part I know did change. <br />Dr. Parker stated, okay. I am saying if there is something Doug says or something that can be <br />done, great. If not, fine, whatever. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, anybody else? <br />Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Schutt, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Williams, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2018-06. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Dr: Parker stated, I just wanted to clarify so that everyone else knows. A No vote would mean <br />that this would be not going through? <br />Council President Saponaro replied, correct. <br />Dr. Parker stated, I just wanted to make sure everyone understands that. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any other discussion points? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: None <br />NAYS: All <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Failed <br />Council President Saponaro stated, Ordinance No. 2018-06 did not pass. Therefore, it will not <br />be in effect. Thank you Council and everyone for indulging in this process. It was important for <br />us to have this discussion at this point. <br />• Second Reading of Igesolution No. 2018-07, entitled, "A resolution requesting the <br />Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer to adjust the amended official certificate of estimated <br />resources for 2018." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Finance <br />Department). (First Reading -1-29-18) <br />Resolution No. 2018-07 moved to Third Read. <br /> <br /> <br />
