(Administration) Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? I have asked Wendy to come up and introduce herself and give us a little bit of information. Wend.y Sattin I am the Director of the Community Partnership on Aging. I have been in this position for 9 months and in those 9 months I have learned what a passionate dedicated skillful staff and organization it is. We are committed to insuring that anyone who needs resources to stay in their homes, stay healthy, stay independent, stay safe that they can come to us and we can do whatever is needed to help people stay in their homes as long as possible on their own terms. We had a very interesting session this morning, a strategic planning session to see what our organization will look like in the next three years. In reality, we are all facing a coming wave of the older population increasing throughout Cuyahoga County. We all need to be prepared to be able to serve everyone in whatever way they want to be served as people begin to look at issues that they may not have faced before in their lives. I appreciate the opportunity for Council to ask me questions. I know that we have a lot to do as far as discussing and meeting with each other. I have been attending the Commission on Aging meetings with Donna across the street and I appreciate the time with everyone to work more closely together. It's all about efforts aligned so that all of our outcomes are all for the best for our residents over 60. Council President Saponaro stated, to supplement that, Wendy had invited myself, Mr. McAvinew, Mayor Bodnar, Donna Heath, Margaret DeMarco, Mary Salomon, all people from the Village who attended a Strategic Planning Session in Mayfield Heights for CPA which I thought was very well run and brought up a lot of excellent points.
