Motion to approve Planning- and Zoning Commission's recommendation at the meeting of March 5, 2018, approving the Beecher's Brook Streambank Stabilization Project at 708 SOM Center Road by the NEORSD regarding riparian setback. (Building Department) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr., Meyers, made a motion to approve Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation at the meeting of March 5, 2018, approving the Beecher's Brook Streambank Stabilization Project at 708 SOM -Center Roaci by the NEORSD regarding riparian setback. Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? For the record, we have had discussion during Open Portion. This is regarding the meeting where the riparian setbacks have changed. Planning and Zoning has recommended this. Is everyone clear on that? There were no further comments. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to change the regulax meetings of Council . to 7:00 p.m. in 2019. _ Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? Dr. Parker stated, I would like to make some comments. I am sure. that everyone on Council knows my feelings on the Council and Caucus meetirig times. We have had Council and Caucus at 8:00 p.m. for many years. I think that it has servecl our community well. I believe that this is the appropriate time to have these meetings and that is why we have done it for these many years. Many people don't finish with work until well after 5:00 p.m. They need to go home, have dinner, be with their families and take care of family matters before coming to a meeting. I
