May 20, 2019 Page 12 First Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-14, entitled, "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an Economic Development Incentive Grant Agreement between the Mayfield Community Improvement Corporation, Mayfield Village, Ohio, and OMNI Systems, Inc." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Administration) Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? You are not looking to have this suspended and approved this evening, right? If I recall, this can go through three readings? Mr. Marquart replied, that's correct. We are not pressed for time with this Mr. President, thank you. Council President Saponaro stated, thank you. Any questions on this? There were none. Ordinance No. 2019-14 moved to Second Read. Resolution No. 2019-33, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to enter into an Agreement with Cuyahoga County to accept the Community Development Supplemental Grant for the Grove Amphitheater Band Shell Construction Phase III. (Parks and Recreation) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-33. Council President Saponaro asked, discussion. There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS:, None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 2019-37, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to accept the bid of S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. in the amount of $104,885.00 and to enter into a contract - for the Fire Station second floor HVAC demolition and construction." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Fire Department) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-37. Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? There was none.
