All parties are on board with it. Premier has agreed to execute the <br />Agreement. Mr. Skoda has on behalf of his entity as 345 Miner Road and Mars has also executed <br />the Agreement as well. We were sort of the mediator to work it out and I think it's a great solution. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any other questions? <br />There were one. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Mr. Coyne. <br />Danielle Echt (Parks & Recreation) <br />Commission on Aging <br />Sean Supler is working with the Commission on Aging to give some special Fall <br />programs: A salute to Veterans on September 11 th, Senior Holiday Ham and <br />Turkey orders this Fall and then a Holiday Party for Mayfield Village residents 60 <br />years and older. <br />Parks and Recreation Board <br />Our Recreation Board met earlier this month and we discussed renovating Wiley <br />Park in the upcoming year. <br />Senior Services <br />Sean Supler is working on programs such as the Foot Clinic, Spanish lessons, trips <br />with JKL Tours and in the Fall we hope to bring back cards and Mah-jongg. <br />Mrs. Mills asked, Mr. Schutt, Mr. McAvinew asked me to give a little report about the Parks and <br />Recreation Board meeting of July 9, 2021 at The Grove, so if I could read that? <br />Council President Schutt stated, yes. Sure. <br />Mrs. Mills stated, I am going to give you a little bit of history on this too. <br />Mayfield Village purchased the property 606-610 SOM Center Rd. mid 1970"s. <br />The John Relic Service Building was built on the rear of the parcel dedicated in 1979 and <br />dedicated to John Relic, Village resident and Finance Director. The site has the Service <br />Building, Storage Shed, space for recycling mulch and wood chips, a free standing building <br />that is a public lavatory and cell tower. <br />Wiley Park was dedicated to Officer David Wiley who lost his life while pursuing a criminal <br />action in 1979. Wiley Park in the center section has a Pavilion, 3 -bay storage shed, Kiddie <br />playground, bocce ball and sand volley ball courts. The Pavilion and playground were <br />improved about 15 years ago. <br />
