If you take a look at those two prices - Mr. Cappello stated, they vary from $110,000-143,000. Ms. Calta stated, right. Mr. Meyers stated, that's what I am asking. If it's going to cost more, it might be better to table this thing until we re -bid the whole thing if it would be cheaper. Mr. Cappello stated, it's hard to say. The contractor who did not include an electrical bid bid $126,000. The other bidder was at $123,000. If we re -bid the whole thing, we can also get hurt on the other end. The concrete prices are actually very good. Mr. Murphy asked, Tom, is Great Lakes Crushing willing to do it without the electrical component? Mr. Cappello replied, yes. They told me they would. Mr. Williams asked, what's the timing for completion? Mr. Cappello replied, I would like to get this done before mid -June. Mr. Meyers asked, when's the first show? Mr. McAvinew replied, June 30th Mr. Cappello stated, I talked to Ronyak. They can actually begin within a week on the parking lot. That's good news. At least that would be done. Mr. McAvinew stated, if there has to be a transitional period if they run into issues, we would house the food trucks on the first set of parking spots and then rotate them over across. Tom and I talked about that transitional point. Council President Schutt asked, so if we approve the partial bid tonight, when would we go back out to bid for the electrical? Do you plan on doing that now or is that on hold? Mr. Cappello stated, if you authorize me to, I can go out to bid soon. Mr. Meyers stated, the question would be if it does go back out for bid and we do award it, would it still work before June? That's what we are asking. Mr. Cappello replied, probably not. Today's the deadline to get the ad in the paper, so we are talking three weeks.
