Tony Hocevar 4903 Swetland Boulevard Richmond Heights I am here to introduce myself as the Republican candidate for the 23`d Statehouse District. Those are my only comments. If any of you have questions of me, feel free to get in touch with me. I have business cards and will be here until after the meeting if you would like one. Thank you very much Mayor Bodnar and Council President. Council President Schutt stated, thank you. Any other comments this evening? Chief Matias stated, just real quick, Council President. I am sorry. The young man that was involved with the incident at the High School, that was him and his family that stopped by the door. They went to the wrong Mayfield. They apologized. They bought Officer Hocevar a gift although everyone has left. I will see if I like it first. Council President Schutt stated, thank you Chief. Are there any other comments this evening? There were none. Department Head Reports: Diane Wolgamuth (Administration) — Thank you Council President. Reporting for Citizen's Advisory, the Committee met on March 251h and did a review of the Village's website. They also spoke about the current ordinance pending before Council on the marijuana cultivation and retail sales. They suggested that the public is not necessarily aware of that ordinance pending before Council so the Law Director and John Marquart put together an article for the upcoming Voice of the Village which will be out right at the beginning of May. We are inviting people to come to the May 201h meeting if they want to make comments, either for or against the ordinance. I just wanted Council to be aware of that. Citizen's Advisory is meeting again on Monday, April 29th at 7:00 p.m. Thank you. Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Ms. Wolgamuth. Daniel Russell (Building Department) - Thank you Council President. I have two meetings to report on. The first one is the April 1 St P&Z meeting that was for a vote on the conditional use expansion for We Rock the Spectrum. The Board members unanimously approved that expansion. The second meeting was the April 11 th ARB meeting. We received one application for a new monument sign up at the High School. That was approved with one stipulation, that the concrete base not be painted black but to add color to the concrete itself. That's all I have. Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Mr. Russell.
