Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, May 19, 2025 <br />Page 3 <br />Comments From Council President Schutt <br />Thank you Mayor Bodnar. Congratulations again Lieutenant Manypenny and Sergeant Duffy. <br />We are going to take a short break for refreshments. <br />Council took a break at 7:08 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 7:23 p.m. <br />Open Portion — For Public Comment (5-minute limit imposed by Chair) <br />Council President Schutt asked, are there any comments? <br />There were none. <br />Department Head Reports: <br />Diane Wolgamuth (Administration) - Thank you Council President. Reporting for Citizen's <br />Advisory. The Committee will be meeting next Tuesday, May 27'h at 7:00 p.m. On the agenda is <br />a report by the Charter Review Commission Chair Jerry Kasunic who is also a member of the <br />Committee now. He is going to talk about the changes that the Commission is proposing to put <br />on the ballot in.the Fall. I will also be giving an update on Rust Belt Riders because someone from <br />the Committee had asked about their new program so that the entire community can compost <br />instead of just people who signed up. I will be explaining to them how that program works. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any questions? <br />There were none. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Ms. Wolgamuth. <br />Dan Russell (Building) — Thank you Council President. I will be reporting on the past two ARB <br />meetings. The first meeting was on April 24th. We received two applications, one for a roof solar <br />array and one for an addition. Both were approved. The second meeting on May 8,h we received <br />one application for light poles at Progressive on Beta. That was also approved. That's all I have. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any questions? <br />There were none. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Mr. Russell. <br />
