Bierman moved to anvrove the proposal at 4701 Great Northern Blvd; <br />First Nationwide Bank, for modification of the front of the unit, <br />seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimousl,y apnroved. <br />IV. NE?a DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Janice Clark Assembly Plat <br />The proposal is to re-alig,n permanent parcel numbers 232-2-42 and <br />232-2-44 so that a rear vortion of narcel 232--2-42 can be transferred <br />and joined to garcel 232-2-44. The location is the west side of Martin <br />Drive south of Oring Road. <br />Mr. Clark explained that his neighbor., Mr. Kellog, had an "L" shaped <br />lot which he farmed and later he gave Mr. Clark nermission to garden <br />part of it. Mre Kellog has since nassed away and rir. Clark _is nur- <br />chasing the rear portion of his lot and attaching it to his nrouerty. <br />There is a Zofi in between the two varcels and the propertv involved <br />extends behinci that. Cons:ulting City Engineer Boyer exnlained that <br />the lots wi11 conform to :code. Mr. Hunter, a neighbor who lives north <br />of the Kellog property, was advised that the existing storm sewer would <br />not be effected.' Mrs. Vanschoo, who owns the property in front of this <br />property, stated that she was advised by the surveyor that the property <br />lines are not clear and questioned how this would effect her nroperty. <br />Mr. Boyer explained that she would still have ownership of her 100 foot <br />by 200 foot parcel, advising that some of the front of her property was <br />right-of-way, J. Thomas moved to approve the re-alignment. of oermanent <br />parcel numbers 232-2-42 and 232-2-44 so that the rear portion of 42 can <br />be transferred and.joined.to parcel 44, on the west side of Martin Drive, <br />south of Oring Road, seconded by R. Bierman, and unanimously apnroved. <br />V. COMMUNTCATIONS: <br />Invitation to a workshop offered by the Regional Planning Commission on <br />December 16,.1987 which will address topics of. Historic Preservation and <br />Imnrovement Target Areas in Cuyahoga County. VI. COMMITTEE REPORTSt <br />No items. <br />VII. NEW BUSTNESS: <br />No items. <br />VIII. OLD BUSiNESS: <br />In reference to the Architectural Board of Review minutes of November 18th, <br />Chairman Burns will contact Mrs. Case, chairwoman of that Board, to arrange <br />a meeting between the two groups in orde'r to implement some kind of nrocedure <br />to deal with minor changes which have nreviously been approved b_y.the City. <br />Mr. Burns would like Mr. Dubelko to advise what kind of legal req.uirements <br />would be necessary to make this change. Mr. Conway advised that he was trying <br />to gather information from other communities regarding the criteria they use <br />for Planning Commission and Architectural Review Board approval of exterior <br />structures.
