Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.08: <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested partie's before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. LaPuma, contractor. Board has no objection to this <br />request. R. Gomersall moved to approve the 4 foot rear yard variance for a <br />screened patio for Joan Wisniewski, 29783 Broxbourne, seconded by C. Remmel, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />13. Oak Tree Country Cottage, 30710 Lorain Road <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 4 foot location variance for <br />existing ground sign. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1163.06(f)2. <br />(Building permit issued). <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mrs. Clair-Wessel who explained that the building permit was <br />issued five months ago and later they were aavised that they needed a variance. <br />R. Bugala moved to grant the 4 foot Iocation variance for the existing ground <br />sign for the Oak Tree_Country Cottage at 30710 Lorain Road, seconded by <br />R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />14. Air. and P4rs. Gary G. Dill, 3964 Lydgate Dr. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 3 foot height variance, 10 square <br />foot variance for area, and location variance for gazebo (shed). Violation <br />of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). Aslo request 3 foot height variance for <br />privacy screen. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(g). <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. and Mrs. Dill. Mr. Bugala stated that his only concern <br />was the 3 foot variance for the privacy screen, he has no objection to the <br />variances for the gazebo. R. Bugala moved to grant the requests for the 3 foot <br />height variance, a 19 square foot variance for the area, and a location <br />variance for the gazebo (shed), seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. <br />Variances granted. R. Bugala moved to grant the 3 foot height variance for a <br />privacy screen for Mr. and Mrs. Gary G. Dill, 3964 Lydgate Drive, seconded by <br />C. Remmel. Roll call on motion: Bugala, Remmel, and Gomersall, no. P•iotion <br />failed to pass. Variance denied. <br />15. Mildred Turza, 26507 Fairfax Lane <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 8 foot rear yard variance for patio <br />enclosure. VioTation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.08(a). <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mrs. Turza and R. Shore, Patio Enclosures, Inc. Board has no <br />objection to the request. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request for the <br />8 foot rear yard variance for a patio enclosure for Mildred Turza at 26507 <br />Fairfax Lane, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />16. T. & C. Ekstrand, 4562 Lansing Drive <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request location variance for cleck around <br />pool (3 foot 2 inch variance off rear property line and a 1 foot 8 inch variance <br />off side property line).
