Mr. Thomas stated that the Conani.ssion <br />cannot.talk to Mr. Hill, the Planner, without getting Council's <br />permission._ Mr. Morgan pointed out that Mr. Hill had presented <br />some preliminary information on Mixed Use districts which could be <br />used. It was decided that Mr. Orlowski, Mr. Bowen, would work with <br />Mr. Dubelko on a proposed ordinance and would also ask for input <br />from Mr. Mize, Building Corrunissioner Conway, and Mr. Copeland, <br />Director of HLUnan Resources, and attempt to have the preliminary <br />work done by the second meeting in Septamber. It was pointed out <br />that Mr. Mize was talking about both apartments and cluster homes, <br />and not just for senior housing, but Mr. Thomas would prefer to <br />concentrate on senior housing. <br />4
