<br />6. James R. Lynch, 4776 Lansing Drive. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 40 foot front setback variance (over <br />max;,mum) to construct addition. Also request 14 foot variance for distance <br />between addition and garage. Violations of Ord. 87-93, Sections 1135.06(a) and <br />1135.02-(c)1. Also request special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling <br />(front setback is over maximum). Special permission required Ord. 87-93, <br />Section 1165.02. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to r1r. and Mrs. Lynch who explained that want to add to a house <br />which is set back farther than allowed by the code. They clarified that the <br />addition would be 110 feet back from the street. Building Commissioner Conway <br />advised that under the proposed codes there will be no maximum, so under those <br />codes no variance for the setback would be required. They will also need a 14 <br />foot variance for the distance between the addition and the existing garage. J. <br />Maloney moved to approve the request of James R. Lynch, 4776 Lansing Drive for <br />a 40 foot front setback variance (over maximtun) to construct an addition and a <br />14 foot variance for the distance between house and garage, and a special <br />permit to add to a non-conforming dwelling (front setback over max;m„m), <br />seconded by E. Gallagher, and unanimously approved. Variances and special <br />permit granted. <br />7. Tim and Lisa Becka, property located north of 6017 Decker Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 6 foot front setback variance to <br />construct porch on new dwelling. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.06(a). <br />Note: 4 foot front setback vaxiance and 3 foot total side yard variance granted <br />on March 6, 1991. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested garties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Becka.. Mr. Becka explained that after they <br />studied the plans they realized that a 4 foot porch was not adequate. The <br />members had no problem with the request. E. Gallagher moved to grant the <br />request of Tim and Lisa Becka, property located north of 6017 Decker Road, for <br />for a 6 foot front setback variance to construct porch on new dwelling. Note 4 <br />foot front setback variance and 3 foot total side yard variance granted on <br />March 6, 1991, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously approved. Variance <br />granted. <br />8. Robert G. Wolf, 4708 Bailey Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 6 foot rear setback variance to <br />install tool shed. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02-(d)4. <br />Chairmazl Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Wolf. The members had no problem with this request. T. <br />Restifo moved to grant Robert G. Wolf, 4708 Ba.iley Road, his request for a 6 <br />foot rear setback variance to install a tool shed, seconded by J. Maloney, and <br />unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />9. Robert W. Taylor, 6704 Wedgewood Dr. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to have over 20% coverage of <br />required rear yard to construct deck.
