Explore the possibility of establishing a non-profit community improvement corporation (CIC) <br />that could package loans and other programs to lure new industry and fielp promote the city's <br />new enterprise zone. <br />¦ Continue to provide tax abatement through the city's Enterprise Zone and the Community <br />Reinvestment Act to attract new industry. <br />. Enforce the city's landscaping requirements for new development in the Industrial Park. <br />3
