Mr. Kazak stated <br />that this should be workecl out with Engineering, and pointed out that a bond <br />usually runs «ith the fiscal year. The members do not luiow what bond the City <br />required. Mr. Sajna does not believe that the company would object to that. Mr. <br />Wagner would really like a two year bond. Mr. Kazak stated that this requirement <br />would have to be worked out with the Law and Engineering Departments, that they <br />can make the approval subject to a two year bond, but are not sure it would 1e <br />legal. Mr. Sajna would have to take this condition back to the builder. W. Piar <br />moved to approve the building site for Kanareff Homes, Inc. to construct a <br />dwelling on permanent parcel number 236-18-69/51, s/1 265 Whitehaven, with the <br />plans as submitted subject to a two year bond to be put up by the builder <br />providing this conforms with the regulations of the Engineeri.ng and Law <br />Departments, seconded by B. Sehulz, and tman-imously approved. Mr. Kazak <br />explained that they could request this bond, but they could not set law for the <br />City. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VI. OLD BITSINESS : <br />Regarding the Miiler request heard in March, it was noted that the variance was granted and this request should be returned in June if all information is <br />submitted. The clerk discussed this with Chairman Burk and he advised that the <br />neighbors should be notified again. <br />VII.
