Mr. Kazak stated that
perhaps his record was more accurate than the City's. The neighbors are really
not objecting to the house, but do want the bond for a sufficient length of time
to determine if this constrv.ction wi11 affect their property. Mr. Kazak stated
that this should be workecl out with Engineering, and pointed out that a bond
usually runs «ith the fiscal year. The members do not luiow what bond the City
required. Mr. Sajna does not believe that the company would object to that. Mr.
Wagner would really like a two year bond. Mr. Kazak stated that this requirement
would have to be worked out with the Law and Engineering Departments, that they
can make the approval subject to a two year bond, but are not sure it would 1e
legal. Sehulz, and tman-imously approved. Mr. Kazak
explained that they could request this bond, but they could not set law for the
City.
V. NEW BUSINESS:
No items.
VI. OLD BITSINESS :
Regarding the Miiler request heard in March, it was noted that the variance was granted and this request should be returned in June if all information is
submitted. The clerk discussed this with Chairman Burk and he advised that the
neighbors should be notified again.
VII.
