The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Doerr, sign contractor, who explained that the request merely <br />replaces what is on the building now and the insert on the free standing sign. Building Cormi.ssioner <br />Conway explained that there was no longer a code restriction on maxismm distanee <br />from the rear property line, so even though this is an irregular line and not <br />actually at the rear of the property, there would be no variance requirel. Mi.ss <br />Leopold pointed out that this is adjacent to the rear line of the next door <br />neighbor and the only requirement is that a shed must be 10 feet away from the <br />4
