Variance granted. <br />$. Frankie's Pizza, 4641 Great Northern Blvd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to have a mobile temporary sign <br />for 1 month during anniversary celebration. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section <br />1163.12(g). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Ms. Harris, and Ms. Fusco, owners, who explained that the sign <br />would only be for the balance of November which is their anniversary month. B. <br />Grace moved to grant the request to have a mobile temporary sign for 1 month <br />during anniversary celebration, seconded by J. Maloney, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />9:. Garv and ImoRene Webb. 4546 Selhurst Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12)e Request 54 scluare foot variance for shed. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d)1. <br />Chairman Gomersall called a11 interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Webb who explained that he is moving in with his mother who <br />is ill and he rnust store some of his things. J. Maloney moved to grant the <br />request for a 54 square foot variance for a shed, seconded by W. Purper, and <br />unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />10: James and Thersa Deppert. 23210 Stonevbrook Drive. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 10 foot rear yard variance to construct <br />an addition. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.08. <br />Chairman Gomersall called.all interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Deppert. The mer.ibers had no questions or comments. W. Purper <br />moved to grant the 10 foot rear yard variance to construct an addition, seconded <br />by R. Gomersall, and imanimously approveda Variance granted. <br />11. Dale and Mary Hickle, 24272 Elm Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 2 foot height variance for shed. <br />Violation of Ord. 1135.02(d). <br />Chairrian Gomersall called all interested pa.rties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. and Mrs. Hickle. Mr. Gomersall questioned if this would not <br />need- a location variance since the shed is about 150 feet from the rear line. <br />Building Convnissioner Conway advised that the Zoning Code has been changed and <br />there is no maximtun distance from the rear line. The building is partially up.and <br />Mr. Hickle stated it would be sided to match the house. W. Purper moved to grant <br />to Dale and Mary Hickle, 24272 Elm Road, a 2 foot height variance for shed, <br />seconded by B. Grace, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />12. Carl Merlini. 26165 Kennedv Ridge Roado <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request additional 18 inch variance for height <br />to include second floor in storage barn. (700 square foot variance and 4 foot <br />height variance granted at meeting of October 7, 1992). Violation of Ord. 90-125, <br />Section 1135.02(d) <br />Chairman Gomersall called a11 interested parties before the Board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. and Nlrs. Holly, representing 1?''ir. 14erlini, who explained that <br />they were granted a variance at the last meeting but they had actually needed a <br />seconded floor and 18 inches more for the height. Mr. Gomersall stated that he <br />had no problem with this considering the location of the property. T. Koberna
