corner and the curve an Coliunbia Road. Mr. Koberna believed that, at the proposed
location drivers, would still be able see the on coming traffic. Mr. Gomersall
noted that the sign on Columbia would be closer to the trees. Mr. Grace did not
believe the sign would impair visibility, but believed that a 10 foot sign is
huge. Ms. Miller clarified that the sign cabinets would be larger than what is
there now, and it was noted the sign area was not over the square footage
allowed. After more discussian it was agreed that there should not be.a great
visibility problem. T. Koberna moved to grant a variance for Fairview West
Physicians Center, 24700 Lorain Road, to replace a second existing ground sign
(one permitted) and also to grant a variance for the locatian of both replacement
signs which are located within the 35 foot restricted triangular area, seconded
by J. Maloney, and unanimously approved. Variances granted.
5. Anthony V. Butera, 6445 McKenzie Rd.
Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to keep second shed on
property.
