The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Lambert, who explained-that there were several trees they <br />want to keep the shed would be placed near these trees where it would be the <br />least visible to their neighbors, 31 feet fram his neighbors garage. The members <br />had no problem with this request. J. Maloney moved to grant to Dennis and Carol <br />Lambert, 25057 Carey Lane, their request for 44 square foot variance for area of <br />shed and 7 foot variance for loeation from rear property line, seconded by R. <br />Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Request 4 foot variance from corner lot setback <br />to construct new dwelling. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.06(b). <br />Chairman Gomersall ca.lled all interested parties before the board. The oath was <br />aclmi.nistered to R.. Greco, builder, who explained that this was their standard <br />ranch home, and presented pictures of other ranch homes they have built. The home <br />would be no wider than the others, but they need a three car garage to keep all <br />of their 3 cars inside. The house will be 21 feet from the sidewalk an the side <br />street instead of 25 feet. With the required corner lot set backs this house <br />would rrot fit on this lot even without a three car garage which is 20 by 30 foot. <br />He clarified that the model home was set back 25 feet. B. Grace moved to grant <br />the request R.A.G. Custom Homes, 29820 Wellington Drive, sublot 13, for a 4 foot <br />variance from corner lot setback to construct new dwelling, seconded by J. <br />Ma.loney, and tmanimously approved. Request 7 foot variance for setback of 5ign <br />from the front property line. Also request variance for advertising (name) on a <br />directional sign. The oath :was <br />administered to Mr. Bowen and Mr. Crockett, who explained they need a directional <br />sign to let people lrnow which drive is theirs since the shopping center drive is <br />only 35 feet away. They also would like to install an overflow gravel pa.rking 1ot <br />behind their paved parking lot which will add fifteen more parking spaces. Since <br />there is a drainage problem new drainage will be installed with catch basins. Mr. <br />Koberna was concerned that the sign would hinder visibility.
