4. Gerald Pochatek, 23869 Amesbury Drive. Request for variance (1123.12). Request 286=square foot variance for covcrage of rear yard in excess of the permitted 20% to install swinuning pool. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Seetion 1135.02(d)(2). Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. Pochatek. It was clarified that the 286 square foot was not the size of the pool, it was the square foot area of the rear yard coverage over the 20% permitted. Mr. Pochatek stated that i:t does not take much to go over the amount allowed when there is a detached garage. FIe ha.s not decided if the fence is going to be put on the pool or around the yard, but he will do one or the other. Mr. Maloney was concerned about the power lines, and Mr. Pochatek advised that 'the wire shown on the drat,ing was the cable wire which can .be moved. The -power lines are much further over. W. Koberna and unanimously approved. Variance granted. 6. Joseph S. Calucchia, 4191 Columbia Road.. Request for variance (1123.12). Request 3 foot front setback variance, 6 inch side yard variance and variance to have garage in the front yard in a Single Family District. Violations of Ord..90-1Z5, Sections 1135a06(a)' 1135.07(a) and 1161.08. Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. Hilpert, a neighbo'r, and Mr. Calucchia who explained that he had remodeled the back of the house and did not want a garage in back to ruin the view. Having an attached gaxage in the front will make the house look bigger. One window wiil have to be removed. Mr. Grace stated that it would make the house look like a large coloniale The plans were explained to Mr. Hilpert, then the oath was administered to Mrs. Hilpert...Neither had any objection. B. Grace moved to grant to Joseph S. Caluccia, 4191 Colunbia Road, a 3 foot front setbaek variance, a 6 inch side yard variance, and a variance to have garage in the front yard in a Single Family District, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Variances granted. 7. Exercare Fitness Equipment, 25323 Lorain.Road. Request for variance (1123.12).
