Mr. Grace has no problem with this sign and pointed out that <br />the other units have dual entrances with signs there (there is no entrance for <br />this store in back). Mr. Mauer submitted a letter from .the owner who stated that <br />he did not object. Nirm PurpEr agteed that this sign was needed. T. K+bberna moved <br />to grant a request for Exercare Fitness Equipment, 25323 Lorain Road, to grant a <br />14 square foot variance for sign area for service entrance (2 square foot <br />?. :. allowed); to grant a varianc6 for a second wall sign and to grant a 16 square <br />foot variance for total sign area alloaed for a business unit, seconded liy B. <br />Grace, and unanimously approved.
