The members had no problems with the request and a letter was received from the neighbor to the rear stating that he had no objection to the proposal. B. Grace moved to grant the request of R. Stephenson, 28697 Spruce Drive for a 9 foot rear yard variance to construct a family room, seconded by R. Gomersall, and l,nanimously approved. Variance granted. 11. Michael J. Grealis, 24377 Maria Lane.. Request for variance (1123.12)o Request 60 square foot variance to construct shed which will exceed the permitted 20% coverage of rear yard area. Also request 4 foot, 9 inch set back variance from rear property for location. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sections 1135.02(d)(2) and 1135.02(d)4. Chairman Gomersall called all interes.ted garties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Grealis, and Mr. Angle, who lives to the rear. Mr. Grealis explained that the shed would be 2 foot from the fence and he presented pictures of it. Mr. Angle had no objection to the request. R. Gomer sall moved to grant to Michael J. Grealis, 24377 Maria Lane, 60 foot square foot variance over the 20% maximtun allowed and also the 4 foot, 9 inch setback variance from the rear property line for location of the shed, seconded by W. Purper, and unanimously approved. Variances granted.. 12. Jim Donelan. 3877 Eleanor Dr. Request for variance (1123.12). Request 34 square foot variance to install deck which will exceed the permitted 20% coverage of the rear yard area. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d)(2). Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. Donelan. The deck is installed and the members agreed that it looked good. W. Purper moved to grant the 34 square foot variance for a deck which will exceed the 20% coverage of the rear yard area, seconded by B. Grace, and tmanimously approved. Variance granted. 13. Sunnyside Mazda, 26890 Lorain.Road. Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to use prohibited pole sign. Also request variance to have second free standing sign on site (one permitted). Violation of Ord. 90-125, Sections 1163.22 and 1163.12(b). Chainnan Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. Galina, sign contractor, who explained that there is a temporary covering over the existing sign, that is not the permanent signa They are merely changing the Suzuki sign to read Mazda. Chairman Gomersall advised that the sign would have to come down by Dececnber 31, 1997. J. Maloney moved to grant to Sunnyside Mazda a variance to use a prohibited pole sign, and a variance to have a second free standing sign on site (one permitted) until December 31, 1997, and also with the stipulation that the size of the faces remain.the same and it is to be noted that the second free standing sign is on the property at present, seconded by B. Grace, and approved. Variance granted. C:
