Joseph & Anna Maria Gyork,y, 4366 Brendan Lane. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 22 square foot variance for area of shed over the 2% of <br />the rear yard area that is permitted. Also request 5 foot variance from rear property line. Violation <br />of Ord. 90-125, Sections 1135.02(D)(1) and (13)(4). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admiuistered to <br />Mr. Gyorky. Mr. Gomersall noted that there were trees right by the proposed `location. The <br />members had no problem with the request. W. Purper moved to grant the request of Joseph and <br />Anna Maria Gyorky, 4366 Brendan Lane, requesting 22 square foot variance for area of shed <br />over the 2% of the rear yard area that is permitted. Also to grant a request for a 5 foot variance <br />from rear property line. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Seetion 1135.02(D)(1) and (13)(4). The motion <br />was seconded by T. Koberna, and unauimously approved. Variance granted. <br />12. Christian Meeting Room. Brookpark & Cla ue. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 22.75 foot front setback variance; 22 foot side yard <br />variance (south), and 25 foot rear yard variance to construct chapel. Violations of Ord. 90-125, <br />Sections 1137.07(b)(1) and 1118.02(fl(2)B. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to <br />Mr. Wyman and Mr. Wootten, who represented the church, and property owners, Mr. Nobel, a <br />resident, and Mr. Friedrich, who owns an adjacent apartment building. The proposal was <br />explained to Mr. Friedrich who was not familiar with the plans. Mr. Nobel has talked with the <br />principals and merely wanted to know if anything has been changed from what had been explained <br />to him. He also had some questions regarding the lights. He was advised that the proposal was the <br />same and that there would be 3 light fixtures on the wall, but the Plauuing Commission had been <br />concerned that the light on the south side might shine into the residential property so they may put <br />in a pole light. Mr. Nobel did not object to the lights- as long as they were directed down and did <br />not shine into their bedrooms on the second floor. He advised that they had agreed to remove as <br />few trees as possible. He also suggested that, if they installed the same type of fence that he has, <br />that they could counect it right to his fence rather than leaving a gap. The developers agreed. The <br />members had no problem with the request. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request of the <br />Christian Meeting Room, Brookpark & Clague Roads, for a 22.75 foot front setback variance; a <br />22 foot side yard variance to the south; and a 25 foot rear yard variance to construct a chapel. <br />Violations of Ord. 90-125, Sections 1137.07(b)(1) and 1118.02(flB.
