Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d)(4). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was <br />admiuistered to Mr. and Mrs. Stoll who explained tliat their existing brick deck was <br />being damaged by tree roots and they intend to replace it with a wood deck, while they <br />are relandscaping their entire yard. The .deck would be right on the property line. They <br />do not have any room to move the deck in farther since there is a sidewalk beside it. It <br />was clarified that there will be a new privacy fence along that line, so to place it one or <br />two feet offthe.property line could create a problem. The members agreed it would be <br />best for the deck to come right up to the fence. J. Maloney moved to grant to Michael <br />E. Stoll, 23071 Virginia, his request for a 5 foot variance to construct deck abutting <br />property line. . Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d)(4). The motion was <br />seconded by W. Purper; and u.nauimously approved. Variance granted. <br />7. John and Josghine Ryba, 4568 Selhurst Rd: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 43 square foot variance for shed which is over <br />the 2% of the rear yard area that is permitted.. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section <br />1135.02(d)(1). <br />Chainnan Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was <br />admivistered to Mh and Mrs. Ryba who explained that they only had a 1 car garage <br />and needed more storage. W. Purper moved to grant the request of John and Josephine <br />Ryba, 4568 Selhurst Road, for a 43 square foot variance for shed which is over the 2% <br />of the rear yard area that is permitted. Violation . of Ord. 90-125, Section <br />1135.02(d).(1). The motion was seconded by T. Koberna, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />8. T. <br />Koberna moved to grant a variance to Dewey Limpert, 4321 Dover Center Road, to <br />have a 2nd shed on property. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(D)(1).
