Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d)(1). Note: shed is to be placed <br />within 5 feet of the rear of the dwelling. This is not prolubited, but the Building Department strongly <br />recommends that absolutely no flammable be stored in a shed this close to the main dwelling. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />Widmer, who stated that he did understand the recommendation by the Build.ing Department that no <br />flammable be stored in the shed, but explained that the shed was really behind his garage, not the <br />house proper, but the shed would be for the storage of lawn equipment. The shed will be 14 by 10 <br />feet. The members had no problem with the request. T. Koberna moved to grant the request of James <br />and Cynthia Widmer, 5483 Berkshire, for a 42 square foot variance for area of shed which exceeds <br />2% of the rear yard area. Request 25 foot 4 inch rear yard variance to construct an addition <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.08. Also request special permit to add to non-conforming <br />dwelling (rear setback). Specialpermission required Ord. 90-125 Section 1165.02(b)(1). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />and Mrs. Mohnickey who explained that they would be removing an existing patio and constructing <br />an addition. The addition will be extended out 2 feet further than the patio and will be vinyl sided. The <br />members had no problem with the request. J. Maloney moved to grant the request of Andrew and <br />Karen Mohnickey, 25015 Arlington Laue, for a 25 foot 4 inch rear yard variance to construct an <br />addition Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.08. Also to grant a special permit to add to non- <br />conforming dwelling (rear setback). Specialpermission requ.ired Ord. 90-125 Section 1165.02(b)(1). <br />The motion was seconded by T. Koberna, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />8. Sunrise Development, Industrial Parkway. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 134.08 foot variance for width and approximately 1 acre <br />area variance for sublot 10 and 130.25 foot variance for width and approximately 1 acre area variance <br />for sublot 11 in order to subdivide two lots in the Industrial Park. Please note these variances are <br />based on a proposed warehouse use as mentioned at the Plauning Commission meeting of Apri114, <br />1995 (no definite proposal has been submitted). <br />Chairma.u Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. Mr. Kovalak, the buyer of the <br />properiy was present, but there was no representative from Sunrise who owns the property. It was <br />decided to defer this to the end of the meeting. <br />9. Christopher a.nd Michelle Wade, 3338 Clme Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 41 foot variance to construct deck in rear of corner lot <br />dwelling which will be abutting the front setback of the adjacent house on the side street. Violation of <br />4
