The members had no problem with the request. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request of <br />'Erik Phillips and Evelyn Knighton, 5676 Allendale Drive for a 36 square foot variance for area of <br />shed which exceeds the permitted 2% area of the rear yard. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />Robinson, consultant, Mr. Schlegelmilch, representing the church, and Mr. Brokaw, architect. Mr. <br />Robinson explained that they are adding an adclition to the east. of the original building. The existing <br />? building is setback 70 feet, and a 75 foot setback is requ.ired. The new addition will conform to all <br />ordinances. The members had no problem with the request. T. Koberna moved to grant to Christ The <br />King, 30635 Lorain Road, a special permit to add onto a non-conforming building (front setback). <br />Special permit required Ord. 90-125, Section 1165.02(b)(2). The motion was seconded by J. <br />Maloney, and unanimously approved. Special permit granted. <br />14. Rock and Lee Credon, 29960 Broxbourne Road. . <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to have unpaved, circular drive for two years. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1161.11. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was adininistered to Mr. <br />Credon who explained that he would like to keep a gravel driveway for two years because the <br />driveway will be between two large oak trees and leaving the area in stone would help the roots to <br />become aerated and to re-establish themselves. This will also allow the area that was dug for the <br />utilities to settle before the concrete is put in. He clarified that eventually it will all be paved. Mr. <br />Gomersall noted that this was at the end of the street and would not bother anyone, and if it improves <br />the chances for the trees, he has no problem with the request. The members agreed. R. Gomersall <br />moved to grant the request of Rock and Lee Credon, 29960 Broxbourne Road for a variance to have <br />an unpaved, circular drive for two years. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1161.11. The motion <br />was seconded by T. Koberna, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />? 15.
