Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d-1). <br />The motion was seconded by M. Boyle, and unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />7. Patrick J. Williams, 26893 Sweetbriar Dr. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 29.56 square foot variance for area of shed. Violation of <br />Ord. 90-125, Section 113 5. 02(d-1). <br />Chairman_ Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was ad.ministered to Mr. <br />Williams and his daughter. The members had no problem with the proposaL R. Gomersall moved to <br />grant the variance to Patrick J. Williams, 26893 Sweetbriar Drive, for a 29.56 square foot variance for <br />area of shed. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02(d-1). The motion was seconded by W. <br />Purper, and unanunously approved. Variance granted. <br />8. Key Bank, 26380 Great Northem Blvd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to have a second wall sign. Violation of Ord. 90-125, <br />Section 1163.12(a): Note: Building wall sign to be installed facing parking lot, not visible from public <br />way. . <br />Chairman Gomersall called all-interested parties before the board. The oath was admiuistered to Mr. <br />Sawithe, sign contractor. Assistant Building Commissioner Rymarczyk clarified that the suggestions <br />made by the architectural review board were not for the sign involved in the variance, the variance is <br />only to have a second wall sign. The members had no problem with the second wall sign at this location. <br />Mr. Sawithe explained that a variance had been granted previously for Society Bank, and this request <br />actually reduced that signage. M. Boyle moved to grant Key Bank, 26380 Great Northern Boulevard, <br />their request for a variance to have a second wall sign. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.12(a). <br />Note: Building wall sign to be installed facing parking lot, not visible from public way. The motion was <br />seconded by J. Maloney, and u.nauunously approved. Variance granted. <br />9. Kalyan Dasopta, Lot located between 5672 and 5714 Burns (Formerly 5710 Burns Rd.) <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 12 foot rear yard variance to construct a new dwelling. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.08(a). <br />Chairmau Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was admuustered to Mr. <br />Benns, contractor. The members had no problem with the request. W. Purper moved to grant the <br />variance to ICalyan Dasgupta, lot located between 5672 and 5714 Burns Road (Formerly 5710 Burns), <br />for a 12 foot rear yard variance to construct a new dwelling. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section <br />1135.08(a). The motion was seconded by J. Maloney, and u.nanimously approved. Variance granted. . <br />10. John Viccarone. 23735 Gessner Rd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 2 foot side yard variance to construct a two story addition. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.07(a). Also request special permit to enlarge a non-conforming <br />dwelling. Special permit required Ord. 90-125, Section 1123.1.1. <br />4
