Rd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). <br />Request the following variances to replace existing garage: <br />a 544 square foot variance for area of garage in excess of 750 maximum area permitted; a 2 <br />foot variance for distance between garage and dwelling on the same lot; and a.l foot side yard <br />variance. Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section(s) 1135.02 (C1) &(C2) <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered <br />to Ms. Atanaskovic and Mr. Grabo. Mr. Gomersall read the request and questioned the use <br />of this facility. Mr. Atanaskovic advised the garage will be used to park cars. Ms. <br />Atanaskovic confirmed five people reside in this home, however her son has four vehicles and <br />everyone else has one. The members wondered if a business was in operation out of this <br />home. Mr. Atanaskovic advised there was no business, but his son occasionally works on his <br />own vehicles. It was clarified the proposed garage will be the same size and in the same <br />location as the existing garage. In response to a question from Mr. Gomersall, Building <br />Commissioner Conway advised the gable will be 20 feet in width. The members had no <br />problem with this request. <br />T.
