ARCHITECTURAL BOARD 0F REVIEW AUGUST 20, 1986 PAGE 2
this is changedD it should go back to Planning Commission who can then refer
it back to this Boardrar, if they so desire,back to Council. The Board
believes that it might be more expensive to put the service underground, but
that it can be placed under concrete.
Regarding the ground sign at P1aza West, Lorain Road and West 231 Street,
Mr. Ebin stated that the overhead wires have been removed as requested, but
theconduit and mast head have been left sticking up in the air and is very
unsightly. He requested that the Building Department have this removed if
possible.
Mrs. Case questioned if the time of this meeting should be changed until
later in the evening since she has heard criticism that the Board is meet-
ing a.t this time to keep the public out. The members prefer this time, and
the publie is welcome.. Mr. Ebin stated that in Fairview the last Architec-
tural Board meeting started at 7:15 in the morning. If the elerk knows the
adjacent neighbors are planning to attend, she can p:lace that item later on the
agenda:
V. NEW BUSINESS;
No items,
VIo ADJOURNMENT;
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p,m.
M. Case, Chairwoman B. Oring, Clerk of Commissions
