Request 1155 sq. ft. variance for garage <br />addition (300 sq. ft. variance was granted on existing garage in 1982). <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-C. Also request special permit <br />to add to nonconforming garage (no dwelling on lot). Special permit <br />required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Retzler, architect, who explained that this garage <br />was to store Mr. Wasmer's antique cars and that the garage door would be <br />standard size (18' by 6'). C. Remmel moved to grant this variance request <br />of 1155 square feet for the purpose of a garage to be built and confined <br />to the storage of anitque cars, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously <br />approved. C. Remmel moved to grant a special permit to add to a nonconform- <br />ing garage, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Variance and <br />special permit granted. <br />9. John A. Roberts, 29328 Josephine Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance to construct 6' fence for <br />swimming pool on separate lot (leased from C.E.I.). Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mrs. Roberts who explained that they leased this pro- <br />perty from C.E.I. A letter was received from C.E.I. granting them permis= <br />sion to install a fence on their property. R. Grace moved to approve the <br />variance, seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />10. Steven Thuroczy, 24224 Elm Rd. _ " . <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 50 sq. ft. variance for garage <br />area and 1.5' variance for side line for garage addition. Violation of Ord. <br />62-33, Section 1151.04-C. Also request special permit to add to nonconform- <br />ing garage. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. ? <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mrs. Shopner, a neighbor, and Mr. and Mrs. Thuroczy who <br />explained that this would be a 20' by 20' addition to the rear of their ex- <br />isting garage: Mrs. Shopner had no objection. This is a long;lot. R. <br />Bugala moved to grant the 50 square foot variance and the lZ foot variance <br />for the side line for the garage.addition and the special permit to add to <br />a non-conforming garage with the condition that additional garage doors ? <br />will not be built on the other side of the addition, a passage way door can <br />be built, seconded by R. Gomersall, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />11. D. Tsalabounis, 24871 Kennedy Ridge Rd. <br />Request special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling (front:set back <br />over 70'). Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. Mr. and <br />Mrs. Tsalbounis explained that they are replacing an existing deck and <br />mud room with this addition. R. Gomersall moved to grant Mr. Tsalabounis, <br />24871 Kennedy Ridge Rd. a special permit to add to a non-conforming dwell- <br />ing (front set back over 70'), secondad by R. Grace, and unanimously <br />approved. Special permit granted.
